One-on-One Coaching

With personalized coaching, we will work together to create a customized plan that fits your unique lifestyle and goals. We will provide support, accountability, and guidance every step of the way.

What are the audio companions?

They are short, gentle guided practices designed to support sensitive, autistic, ADHD, anxious, and trauma-impacted nervous systems — or any human nervous system that feels things deeply.
Each one includes a 10–15-minute MP3 audio and a written PDF companion guide you can move through at your own pace. 

Do I need to be calm to use these?

Not at all.
You can arrive exactly as you are — overwhelmed, tired, shut down, scattered, or somewhere in between.
These companions meet you where you are, not where you think you should be. 

Do I have to listen in a certain order?

No.
There is no correct order, sequence, or timeline.
Most people choose whichever one feels most supportive in the moment. 

Are these a replacement for therapy or coaching?

No — they’re not meant to replace professional care.
They work beautifully alongside therapy or coaching as a soft, steady place to land between sessions.
You don’t have to “choose” between live support and self-paced support; many people use both. 

What’s included when I purchase a companion?

 

Each individual companion includes:

  • one guided audio
     
  • one companion PDF with gentle prompts and space to reflect
     
  • lifetime access
     
  • immediate download upon purchase

What’s included in the full bundle?

 

The bundle includes all three audios + all three companion guides.
Some people purchase the full set because the three practices build on one another softly:
arriving → noticing → returning.

You can also start with just one.

How long do I have access?

 Forever.
Once you download the files, they’re yours to keep and return to anytime. 

Can I use these if I’m in therapy or coaching already?

 

Absolutely.
Many clients use these companions to:

  • prepare for sessions
     
  • support themselves after sessions
     
  • regulate during stressful seasons
     
  • deepen the work they’re already doing
     

They are designed to fit gently into whatever support you already have.

What if I’m new to somatic or Polyvagal-informed practices?

That’s completely okay.
Everything is written in warm, accessible language, with no jargon and no pressure.
You don’t need experience — just your own pace. 

Will I need quiet or privacy to use these?

 

Not necessarily.
You can listen:

  • in the morning
     
  • before bed
     
  • in your car
     
  • during a break
     
  • in small pockets throughout the day
     

There is no ideal setting.
These were created to fit into real human lives.

Can I use the companions during moments of overwhelm or shutdown?

 

Yes — and they are especially supportive at those times.
They’re designed to help you:

  • orient gently
     
  • stay close to yourself
     
  • notice what’s happening without pressure
     
  • find micro-moments of steadiness
     

But you never have to push through anything. We learn best in moments of regulation and safety, so it is also beneficial to listen to these when you can access some form of safety in order to practice.

What if I don’t feel anything when I listen?

 That’s okay.
You don’t need a big emotional shift for the practice to “work.”
Your nervous system may still be organizing itself underneath the surface.
Numbness, distance, or “nothing” are normal, valid responses. 

What if something feels too much?

 

You can pause, stop, or return later.
You’re allowed to move at the pace your body chooses.
There is no requirement to finish any audio or prompt.

Are these accessible for people who are autistic or ADHD?

Yes.
They are designed with neurodivergent nervous systems in mind — short, warm, non-demanding, and sensory-considerate, with no performance or perfection expected. 

Can I use these if I don’t identify as neurodivergent or sensitive?

 

Of course.
These companions support every human nervous system.
They simply speak more gently to the people who have rarely been met that way.

What if I need help with my download?

Email me anytime at contact@nourishmb.com and I’ll send the files manually.
I want this to feel easy. 

What is your refund policy?

 

Because these are digital products, they are non-refundable.
But if you accidentally purchased the wrong item or are having trouble accessing your files, reach out — I’m always happy to help.

Can I gift a companion to someone else?

Yes.
Send me a message after purchase, and I can email the files directly to the person you’re gifting. 

How will I know which companion to start with?

 

A simple guide:

Arriving Without Shame → when you feel hesitant, tight, ashamed, or unsure
Meeting What Moves In You → when things feel activated, fast, or overwhelming
Returning With Choice → when you feel far away, shut down, or disconnected

Or just choose whichever one your body reaches for first.

here is no "right way" to use these.

Do I need to know how to meditate to use these?

 

No.
These are not traditional meditations, and you don’t need any meditation skills, techniques, or experience.
There’s nothing to focus on, nothing to clear, nothing to “do right,” and no expectation to stay still or quiet.

These companions are simply guided moments of noticing — warm, steady, and human — and your only task is to show up exactly as you are.

What are the limits of liability for these resources and coaching?

 

These offerings are supportive and education-based, but they are not medical, psychiatric, or crisis services.
The audio companions, written guides, and coaching sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace therapy, medical care, or emergency support.

Your use of these materials is voluntary, and you agree to listen, pause, or stop whenever something feels overwhelming or not right for your system.
By purchasing or using these resources, you understand that you are responsible for your own well-being and choices, and that I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or be held liable for how you apply the material.
